Fit-for-Duty Assessments

A Fit-for-Duty evaluation tests job specific tasks that are required on the job such as lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, grasping, reaching, etc. Tasks are stopped when the job demand is met, not when full capacity is reached unless full capacity is less than what is required to safely perform the job. These evaluations are shorter and are generally one hour in duration.
